4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 999kg are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal processing takes 2-4 hours for standard members and is instant for VIP members.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 (different limits apply for VIP members).
• 999kg reserves the right to temporarily hold any payment for review of suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

999kg offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming. The following general rules apply:

• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 15-30x.
• Each bonus may only be used once and cannot be claimed across multiple accounts.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time; any unclaimed or unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Withdrawing funds before meeting bonus requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• 999kg reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat game outcomes will result in permanent account closure.
• If a game outcome becomes uncertain due to a technical error, that round will be declared void.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, 999kg's system logs will serve as the definitive record.
• Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.

7. Responsible Gaming

999kg believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be kept under control. We place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion option allows members to temporarily suspend their account for a specified period.
• Activating a cooling-off period will automatically suspend your gaming access for the specified duration.

8. Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 999kg support team. Any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• 999kg reserves the right to close any account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Running multiple accounts, fraud, or bonus abuse will result in permanent account termination.
• After an account is closed, the associated data will be retained in 999kg's database.
